More images have surfaced today of an unnamed Android MID device. The makers and indeed specs of this little 4.5-5" touchscreen tablet are currently unknown.
All we do know is that the device runs the Android platform, includes an SD slot, and may also have a SIM slot.
As Engadget point out, the device could be the long-awaited Wallet from France's eviGroup, but nobody seems to know for sure. Hopefully more information on this Android MID will be revealed soon.

Creative have today announced the Zii EGG developer device that will enable developers to work with their new Stemcell Computing platform known as "Zii Plaszma".
The Zii EGG device on which this new developer software runs is powered by the Android OS on top of the Creative ZMS-05 chipset.
The device is aimed at developers and OEMs with features including a 3.5-inch 320 x 480 multitouch display, HD playback, 1080p video output, OpenGL ES support, X-Fi audio processing, 32GB of built-in memory and a full SD slot.

During last week's Computex Taipei 2009 show, manufacturer Kinpo revealed that they are currently working on an Android powered thin client device.
The Android-based tablet will feature a 7" inch touchscreen display (800 x 480 resolution), and will be powered by a Freescale processor.
The android tablet device still needs further development before we can expect to see it ready for a commercial release, but initial hands-on impressions have been very favorable.

According to new reports from Japan, Sony are currently working on the development of an Android powered Sony Walkman and Sony Personal Navigation Device due for release in 2010.
The existence of the Sony Android devices was revealed by an analyst speaking to Japan's Nikkan, who simply revealed the development of the Android Walkman and PND as fact.
According to PC Watch, Sony have a fondness for the open source Android platform suggesting that an Android Sony Walkman and PND might just be the start of a whole host of Android powered Sony devices.

HTC have announced that they will be hosting an exclusive event in London on June 24th.
Whilst we don't know what exactly HTC plan to unveil at the event, according to the invitation they do plan to make "a global product announcement".
The HTC Hero is one handset that obviously springs to mind, and given the recent promo video surfacing along with hints of a June release date, it does seem a likely candidate.
In an interview with mocoNews, T-Mobile's CTO Cole Brodman has revealed that T-Mobile USA are currently getting ready to launch their second Android powered handset.
According to Brodman, the follow-up handset to the popular T-Mobile G1 will be released in early summer with more specific details on the handset coming later this month.

Earlier today Acer issued a press release announcing that they have now joined the Open Handset Alliance. The OHA is a global alliance of technology and mobile industry leaders who support the development of the Android platform.
Along with this announcement, Acer have also revealed plans to launch their first Android powered device in Q4 of this year.

A promotional video for the upcoming HTC Hero has found itself online, and it appears the handset could be available across Europe as early as June.
The HTC Hero phone will be available in 7 different colour styles including black, white, yellow, pink, gold, red and turqouise, and will include the much anticipated custom HTC Android user interface 'Rosie'.
It was revealed last week that the HTC Hero device will be available in the UK on the Orange network, but it is not currently known what carrier will launch the handset across the US.
The guys over at Engadget have managed to get their hands on some leaked slides that detail an upcoming AT&T Android phone known as the HTC Lancaster.

Bouygues Telecom have today announced that they will be the first carrier to launch the upcoming Samsung I7500 Android phone in Europe later this year.
Originally scheduled for a June release, it appears the Samsung handset has been pushed back a few weeks with Bouygues Telecom aiming for an early July launch.
The French carrier have also stated that the device will be marketed as the Samsung Galaxy rather than the i7500.
